What is ManageClean on SAP® Business One for commercial cleaning, janitorial services and building service contractors?
ManageClean on SAP Business One is cloud based software designed for the commercial cleaning industry. Sold as a named user license, the software incorporates the basic business functionality needed by commercial cleaning service providers and supplies distributors. Cloud hosting is provided by our partner, auto.sky.
Software Solution Licensing for ManageClean on SAP Business One
ManageClean on SAP Business One licenses can be purchased through a subscription or as a one time purchase. A subscription license is calculated on a per user / per month basis for each user that accesses the software. Subscriptions are paid annually, in advance. You don’t own these licenses, you rent them for as long as you use the software.
As a one time purchase, licenses are calculated for each user and paid as a one time charge. You own these licenses, they can be transferred to different users as personnel change but they cannot be returned. Annual maintenance is a portion of the one time license fee, and is charged in December of each year.
